Young Women In Sport

Young Women in Sport is a non-profit organization that provides opportunities for teenage girls to learn through our panel discussions, workshops, group presentations , or workshops specific to your needs. Our team is compiled of women who have played, coached, mentored, and achieved great things in their diverse athletic careers.
Mission: Connect * Educate * Inspire Our mission is to provide young women with an opportunity to learn valuable life lessons and the benefits of the participation in lifetime activities and sport.
Who we serve: Middle and high school girls who play all levels of any sport. The energy, enthusiasm and expertise of the YWIS foundation will help girls realize the value of sustaining their commitment to sport.
Core Values: Athletics should model and develop life skills, including fair play, respect, preparation, teamwork, resilience, and leadership. How to win the game within the game!
Understand the valuable life lessons that you learn because by participating in sports. Learn how to get the most out of your own athletic experience and be a winner on and off the field!
